1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the VedaChamp website (vedachamp.com), its games, and our future app (together, "VedaChamp"). VedaChamp is run by Vedaant Enterprises, a proprietorship firm based in Barwala, Hisar, Haryana, India (GSTIN 06FIQPD3056Q2ZM). "We", "us" and "our" mean Vedaant Enterprises.

By using VedaChamp, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use VedaChamp.

2. For parents and guardians

VedaChamp is designed for children from preschool to Class 7. A child should use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. That adult accepts these terms for the child and is responsible for the child's use of VedaChamp.

Only an adult (18 or older) may create a parent account or make a payment. Our For Parents page explains how we keep children safe.

3. Using VedaChamp

You may use VedaChamp for personal, family and non-commercial learning at home. Teachers may use it in class with their students. Please do not:

  • copy, download in bulk, sell, rent or re-publish our games, videos, images or text;
  • show VedaChamp inside another website or app, or pretend to be VedaChamp;
  • try to hack, overload, break or get around any part of the service or its security;
  • use bots or scrapers, or try to collect information about other users;
  • use VedaChamp for anything illegal or harmful to children.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Our content

All games, the "VedaChamp" name and logo, the Vedu character, artwork, sounds, videos, reels and text belong to Vedaant Enterprises or are used with permission. They are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Using VedaChamp does not give you any ownership of them.

You are welcome to share links to our website and our official social media posts.

6. Learning content

We work hard to make our questions, facts and answers correct and suitable for each age. VedaChamp supports learning at home but does not replace school, teachers or professional advice. If you find a mistake, please email hello@vedachamp.com and we will fix it.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep VedaChamp running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will show when. For important changes we will show a notice on the site. If you keep using VedaChamp after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Limits of our responsibility

VedaChamp is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using, or not being able to use, VedaChamp. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law, or any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to solve it quickly and fairly. If it cannot be solved, the courts at Hisar, Haryana will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.

11. Contact us

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. For complaints about a purchase, you can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
